$50 Giveaway

No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Giveaway in this sweepstakes.

Entry via Twitter only and a Twitter account and Internet connection are required.  

By entering the sweepstakes you agree to these official rules: 

1) $50 Giveaway is sponsored by StealthPay (“Sponsor”).

2) The Giveaway is open to anyone who has a Twitter account.

3) The Giveaway begins at 15:00 UTC on February 13, 2021 and ends at 15:00  UTC on February 15, 2021.

4) The winner will be chosen only if the sweepstakes reaches at least 100 entries. If there are less than 100 entries, the sweepstakes will be prolonged for 3 additional days.

5) To participate and enter this Giveaway you will need to perform the action described in our relevant tweet.

6) The winner will be announced at 16:00 UTC on February 15, 2021 on the StealthPay‘s Twitter page.

7) Sponsor may disqualify entries if the entry and related tag includes inappropriate, offensive, or other derogatory language or information. Sponsor reserves the right to remove, reject or disqualify (along with the entrants who submitted them) any entry or related tag which, in its opinion, violates any of these conditions.

8) The winner will be chosen at random.

9) The Giveaway winner will be notified by receiving a direct message from StealthPay to his/her Twitter account.

10) If any winner notification is rejected or returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable attempt has been made by Sponsor or if the potential winner fails to respond to a winner notification, the prize will be forfeited in Sponsor’s sole discretion and an alternate winner may be selected.

11) Sponsor is not responsible for and will not replace any lost or stolen prize or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the winner because of incorrect or changed information.

12) The entrant further acknowledges that if he/she is chosen as a winner, his/her Twitter handle may be disclosed to third parties including, without limitation being placed on a winners` list.  

13) Any dispute arising under or related hereto will be governed by the laws of Singapore.
